The house is newly renovated (January 2017) to the highest standards and has four large independent spaces, landscaped in.
The first bedroom with its own bathroom, and an arrogant bed, two nightstands, and assisted wardrobe The second bedroom has two single beds, two bedside tables, dressing table with mirror, very large wardrobe, folding glass wall with unobstructed views, and blackout curtains for sleeping at will!
A spacious living room with glass windows from the two walls which flood the space with light and great view .it is equipped with all necessary facilities and amenities such as a four-seating corner sofa, flat screen TV, small library, music. Two tables, all carefully decorated in a comfortable and relaxing stay.
In this large area, it has the ability to sleep three other visitors, including a sofa which become a double bed and a chair tha made a single bed available here.
The independent big kitchen- dining- Studio, with a spacious table for 6-8 people, and a double sofa bed. You are catered to the modern new stainless steel utensils, and to dismiss the serving in modern crockery. It also has a full cooker, fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, French-press coffee maker, kettle, juice, tea and coffee and all utensils required for food. It also features a washing machine! The large sofa can find here genera a double bed and can accommodate two more persons

The outside area of 148.00 sqm have created a beautiful and relaxing place with green, beautiful flowers, lawn, and a jakuzi for 4-5 people, for a cool and vale hours. The large central table below refreshing pergola accommodates 8 people, to enjoy the dinners prepared in the kitchen and a beautiful BBQ. Many loungers relaxing and sunbathing. Small bars and many outdoor and indoor areas, isolation, relaxation, with panoramic mountain and sea view and stunning images of the sunset and sunrise.
The location is almost perfect, close to the center of Paleochora, only 200 meters from countless restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Just 70 meters from the neoclassical City Hall, 90 m. from the bus station! Located about 180 meters from the east coast with the pebbles, and approximately 270 meters from the western coast of thick sand, one of the largest and most beautiful beaches of Crete.
The house, our people, make it comfortable and friendly environment, but also Paleohora with beauty itself, will turn you into another of the friends, not bored to come back for their holidays and dream it is when you come to eat their retirement, as residents !!!!
My space is suitable for families (with children) and large groups. Our major drawback is the lack of an elevator. So you should do … .. three floors stairs Gym !!!!!!
